How to choose fresh corn

How to cook Pork Bone Noodles
1. Prepare pork bone
Add a little salt to the pork bones, then add boiling water and blanch for about 2 - 3 minutes to remove dirt completely. Then rinse with clean water about 2 - 3 times.
2. Prepare other ingredients
Peel the corn and white radish, wash them and cut them into short, bite-sized pieces.
3. Fried purple onions
Peel the purple onion, wash it, and cut it into thin slices. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to a cup of thinly sliced purple onions and mix well.
Put the pan on the stove with 5 tablespoons of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the mixed purple onions, fry until the onions turn golden, then take them out.
Next, add the minced garlic to the oil pan and stir well until the garlic turns golden, then remove the garlic into a separate bowl.
4. Cook broth
Put into the pot the chopped corn and white radish, pork bones and 3 liters of boiling water, then cover and cook over high heat.
When the water boils, remove the foam and continue to cook over medium heat for about 25 - 30 minutes.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons seasoning powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, stir well.
Boil for about 5 minutes, add seasoning to taste, then turn off the stove.
5. Dump the noodles
Put another pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, add the noodles, boil for about 3 minutes until the noodles are soft and clear, then take them out and put them in a bowl of cold water to soak for about 2 minutes.
Then take the noodles out to drain, pour in a bowl of oil and mix well.
6. Finished product
