Apple Vitamin
Apple is known as great fruit which is really healthy. Besides, apple is sweet and sour which can be combined for dessert or vitamin. So, let's go to the kitchen and make apple vitamin!
Ingredients for Apple vitamin (1 cup)
Apple: 1 (about 100gr)
Sugary yogurt 1 box (100gr)
Sugar 1 tea spoon
Ice a little
Salt a little

Processing apple vitamin with yogurt
1. Prepare apple
Soak apples in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes then rinse with clean water. Peel the apple skin and remove the core and seeds. Then cut the apples into 4 and then cut them into small pieces for easy blending!
2. Blend apple yogurt smoothie
Put into the blender 100g of chopped apples, 1 jar of sweetened yogurt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a little crushed ice.
Tips: You should use a high-capacity blender because the smoothie will taste better. Choose the appropriate blade to use to blend the smoothie.
Choose the lowest blending speed, blend the mixture for about 30 seconds, then switch to high speed, blend for 2 - 4 minutes until the mixture is smooth, then turn off the machine. If the smoothie is thick, you can add more ice tablets or a little water and blend!
So when you're done, put the apple yogurt smoothie into a glass, add a few mint leaves to decorate and enjoy.
